VPC youth are…
Mission
Oriented:
-
Last summer a group of our
high schoolers went Mexico to work with partner Presbyterians in
the city of Merida. The third Sunday of each month we serve food to the
homeless at the Hope Center in Lexington. Our middle schoolers
took a trip to Arkansas to visit Heifer ranch to learn about ways we
as Christians can help to solve global problems like poverty,
overpopulation and hunger.
Inclusive and Welcoming:
The Life of the Party:
-
Who says church has to be
boring? VPC youth worship God and have a blast along the way. We have
been seen traveling all across the country from New York City to
Savannah, Georgia. You may find us around the state riding roller
coasters at Kentucky Kingdom or hiking in the Red River Gorge. We are
also know how to bring the good times home to Woodford County with ice
cream food fights, hayrides, cookouts and pool parties.
Serious about our Faith
I would love to hear from you
